This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Danielle, the 'Dorothy / the Wicked Witch' costume creator:
My daughter Breanne,9, has been a fan of The Wizard of Oz for as long as I can remember. This year she couldn't decide on who to be. Using her imagination and my sewing skills she came up with a costume that is half Dorothy and half the Wicked Witch. From her hair to her half green face down to her 1 striped sock and ruby slippers she has the perfect costume.
