This store bought costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kayla, the 'Dorothy' costume creator:
This is my 3 year old daughter, Hailie. She is wearing a Dorothy costume from the original 1939 movie "The Wizard of Oz". She absoultely loves the movie but loves being able to dress up as her favorite character!
