This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alexis, the 'Dorothy and Toto' costume creator:
Aliyah is 9 years old and Jax (the puppy) is our one year old teacup yorkie. She came up with the idea for them to be Dorothy and Toto all by herself and I thought how smart of her to think of it. What a perfect idea! Best part is Jax is such a good little puppy he just sits in the basket while she parades him around ahahaaaa. It's so funny he loves her so much he'll let her do anything to him...Their best buds
