This homemade costume for men entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anthony, the 'Dr Chernobyl' costume creator:
The glove is made from plastic syringes, sprinkler prices from the hardware store spray painted with copper spray
The mask is fuel line tubbing with led rope light
Spray painted and hot glue gunned
The googles are welding goggles painted black
The coat is acrylic neon paint
The back is plastic pasta tubes and and pluming PVC tubes with babies from goodwill put in led lights and fuel line tubing for effect also plastic sprinkler tubbing on the side. Filled with greed food coloring water attached mask tubbing to baby tubbing
The Idea came from an action figure twisted land of oz
Cost around 75$
