This homemade costume for men entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Derek, the 'Dr. Evil & Mini Me' costume creator:
Had a movie poster cutout of dr evil. Cut off head and hands and used as props. Bought grey suit at local thrift store. Bought cheap bald head and used wife's makeup to blend. Borrowed baby carrier from friend and that was it.
