We're a fun couple and host an annual Halloween costume party. We found these shirts during our summer beach vacation and the idea was born! we bought blue wigs on amazon, the shirts in a tourist shop in gulf shores, al., her tights on amazon, his tights are actually part of the where's waldo costume bought at a local Spirit Halloween store, I made my tutu and his anklet is made from a blackberry holster clipped to an elastic headband and her anklet is made from an empty card box painted black and strapped to a rubber strap used to contain a laptop charger cord.
