This homemade costume for men entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bryan, the 'Earth Destroyer' costume creator:
Costume was built entirely of foam floor mats, a ton of hot glue and spray paint. Total build time is around 4 weeks and total cost was about $250. Concept is loosely based on video game battle suits although its 100% off the top of my head.
