This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mary, the 'East Compton Clover Cheerleader' costume creator:
It is my sister and I wearing these costumes! For as long as I can remember we shared the same dream and that was to be Clover cheerleaders from Bring It On. It became our love for cheerleading as we have been doing it ALL our life. Even becoming Coaches! These costumes are BOTH handmade by me. I bought some fabrics, felt, and ribbon to give it the closest look I could! We wore them to a music festival and people went CRAZY! Probably took 50+ photos with passing guest and even had LAW ENFORCEMENT screaming the cheers as soon as they saw us. It was magical!
