This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bailey, the 'Edward Scissorhands' costume creator:
I hand made this costume, using a leather jacket and added the chains, used girl shimmer leggings and added on the rhinestone chains and found some black boots. The "scissors" were plastic knives attached to black socks. (He only wore them for the picture!) 11 month old Jarvis Michael.
