This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristina, the 'Effie Trinket' costume creator:
Halloween is our favorite day! We plan her costume all year and keep it top secret. People actually get really excited for our great reveal. I learned to sew a couple days ago so for me this costume was a huge challenge plus a did not use a pattern. My daughter Amaya is 10 years old so this has become a mom daughter tradition and i love it
