This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Becca, the 'Effie Trinket' costume creator:
My costume is inspired by Effie Trinket from the Hunger Games. My costume is completely hand made. I designed the pattern of butterflies, printed them onto iron on transfers and assembled them. Then I hot glued 3D butterflies onto the neck of my dress. I curled and teased my hair(not a wig) and made my head piece from a fake birds nest and butterflies attached to wires.
