This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Danielle, the 'Electric Steampunk' costume creator:
My husband and I are the ones wearing the costumes. We came up with the idea of our back packs on our own (Mainly him)and we used some junk around yard. Clothes were from thrift store and hats. I added to the hats (decorated them and made them taller).
Parts we used for backpacks are air compressor, guages, tubing, lights, pvc pipe, plasma ball, gears, spray paint and wood.
Also used some gears to accent our items, feathers, playing cards and a knob.
