This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kaitlyn, the 'Elegant Flower Fairy' costume creator:
I got this old wedding dress from a thrift store. I change the color of the dres with gold and sparkly spray paint to make it my desired color. I got flowers from the craft store and hot glued around the bodice and along the lace train of the dress.
