This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Allison, the 'Elephant' costume creator:
Our sweet baby girl Zoey is wearing the elephant costume. Zoey's a large dog, and over the years we haven't been able to find halloween costumes in her size. My daughter loves Dumbo the elephant so she said why not make zoey and elephant. "that was perfect- as i love to sew and thought i could make this work. I used grey material, stuffing, elastic, velcro and card box cut out from a cereal box (to make the ears), her legs were stuffed with stuffing on the inside. We had a blast making this outfit, we even made a peanut for her to play with while she was dressed up.
