This homemade costume for girls entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Elf on the Shelf' costume creator:
My twin daughters, 7yo, wanted to dress as elves for the past year. We love to incorporate our pets as well. We used leotards and tights and made the collars with white felt material. Also used this material for the dogs’ mittens.
