This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jolene, the 'Elf on the Shelf' costume creator:
My kid's love their elf when he comes to visit at Christmas time, so this seemed perfect for my 3 year old! Everything used i found in our Christmas boxes, and nothing extra was purchased to make this costume! :)
