This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Elf on the Shelf' costume creator:
My daughter is obsessed with both Halloween and Christmas and wanted to combine them in her costume. So she asked to be an elf on the shelf. We made the costume ourselves, including the shelf with working lights, stockings and Christmas decorations!
