This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carmenrosa, the 'Elliot & E.T.' costume creator:
My 1 year old son is wearing the costume. I didn't have money to actually bye him one so I just came up with the idea of doing E.T he already had the alien so figured it would be perfect. I tied a basket to his stroller and just put E.T in it. Its supposed to be like from the movie
