This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Natalie, the 'Elliott and ET' costume creator:
Saw it online. Really simple to put together... Used a red hoodie, crate, 29 cent color copy of ET and taped it to a blow up cat (to give it shape - I got it from the dollar store), bunched two towels on top of one another and wrapped a sheet around "ET", put two glowing red LED bracelets inside the sheet (from the dollar store) to act as his glowing heart, got some handlebars and attached the crate to myself with a belt that was looped through the crate. :)
