This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Claudine, the 'Elliott' costume creator:
My two year old son Frankie is Elliot from The notorious bike riding seen from E.T.
I chose this costume because I love 80's movie and it is a comfortable and practical costume for my son.. all he has to do is sit back and look cute and I will wheel him around on his bicycle to collect candy. who has it better than him.
