This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sandra, the 'Elsa - Frozen' costume creator:
nariah is wearing a blonde wig, fake eyelashes,and lots of glitter. for her dress i took a mini bridesmaide dress and dyed it light blue and attached some light blue shear material with glitter snowflakes. for the long sleeve top i took pair of white tights cut the feet off and cut the crotch out. i took the pumpkin used to carry candy and painted it white and put orange construction paper used it for nose, creating olaf.
