This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hollea, the 'Elsa sisters from Frozen' costume creator:
My granddaughters aged 3 and 5 in their Elsa dresses, they both wanted to be Elsa. So grandma got the sewing machine out and started making dresses. Bought material at the fabric store and spent about 50 dollars and have enough material left over to make more dresses. Also made Elsa dresses for the 18 inch doll.
