This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Skarlett, the 'Elsa' costume creator:
Frozen 2 is my daughters favorite movie. So we went to Walmart with a very strict budget. I wanted to make my daughter happy so we got her the dress, wig, and jewelry. The shoes that came with the jewelry were made for toddlers. We had to go to the online Disney store and purchase some shoes that would fit her.
My daughter makes the most beautiful Elsa and I am so happy with how her pictures turned out!
