This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sunnie, the 'Elsa' costume creator:
This is my daughters costume. I made her a tutu dress, and used white hair extensions. I did the best on her makeup that I could (she's 6) and the white spray didn't turn out quite like I planned but all in all I think it turned out pretty good.
