This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lexi, the 'Enchanted Seahorse' costume creator:
This year Baron Von Too Cute told me he'd like to be a light up seahorse for Halloween I took a stuffed animal and put lights in it then sewed on sequins so it look like the ocean then created a runner stroller and painted accents on a shower curtain with lights behind that. I even had a light up dolphin and turtle stuffed animals. He loved it and I hope you do too! Happy Halloween
