This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Evil Clown' costume creator:
My 7 year old daughter loves all things creepy and jumped on the evil clown idea. I bought the hat and added the skull, green ruffle and peacock feathers, I made the cane, vest, added striped sleeves and painted the heart on the shirt, I also made the tutu. Used Google image for make up ideas.
