Evil Cookie Monster Costume

I got the idea for this look from an artist I found on Instagram. His name is Mr. revenge and I love the way he turns old classics into horror creatures. I saw this picture and thought it would be an awesome re-creation for Halloween. I started with a blue tracksuit I got from Walmart and ordered a yard of blue for from Amazon. I then cut the fur up and hand glued patches onto the suit To make it look matted and disheveled. For the hands I took long strands of fur and glued them piece by piece onto finger extending gloves I bought from party city. On my face I started with outlining the teeth in the eyes. I used mostly mehron paradise paints and Jeffree Star palettes for the whole face. I painted all the white first then simulated the hair with brush strokes. Lastly I painted all the black.
