This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelby, the 'Evil Purple Minions' costume creator:
My cousin and I are pictured. We made the body paint with a mixture of paint, elmers glue and lotion. We made the teeth out of a milk carton. We made the eyes out of fast-food Styrofoam cups. Total costume cost: under $10.
