This homemade costume for girls entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bella, the 'Fairy Angel' costume creator:
The idea came from Bella herself. With her ideas and her moms creation the costune was put into place. Amazon and Etsy were a great start. But the real work began with the wings with over 1200 feathers to put into place. The wings and the crown light up. Its a whole other world.
