This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tina, the 'Fairy' costume creator:
My daughter Tia is wearing the homemade fairy costume I used a black dress and added the green and purple material around the bottom. The headband was made from the material with the flowers being hot glued around it. My daughter done her own make up.
