This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Clementina, the 'Feathery Fluffy Parrot' costume creator:
My son is 7 months old and I just finished this parrot costume. It is made from 2 bags and 14 6ft boas of feathers.Lots of glue, sewing and days of a feathery mess! It turned out amazing. I used an old ugly bird costume for the base, I cut up boats and glued and stitched them into place. I used long cut indian feathers in the head and colorful boas for the wings and tail! We are a family of 5, the rest of us will be pirates.
