This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

Well after looking at the IT costumes I was like that's to much I can't afford that especially with kids so I went to a consignment shop lucked up on this dress for $3 to big of course but I'm crafty I went to Walmart bought tulle and and red balls $2 for tulle and 97 cents for the red balls
