This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
This year, my daughter wanted to be pretty AND spooky. I made this Medusa costume by glueing tons of snakes to a headband and making a toga out of green and black material. For her snakey makeup, I dotted green and brown powder over fishnets. When I lifted the material, voila! Scales.
