This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christina, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
I bought a black strapless prom dress from the thrift store..had ordered the crown on line. So the dress is pretty basic...I wanted the make up and eyes to be the main focal. I used dollar store paints,craft stencils and a fish net pantyhose of course....I was soooooooo much fun!
