Fierce Lion Costume

My 15 month old son Christian is the fierce lion outfit . We came up with this idea bc he is nonstop crazy all the time we call him a zoo animal, So I told him for Halloween that's what he needs to be was a caged animal .

His costume is a bought lions outfit and the pants are girls tights I dyed the tan color of the outfit and his shoes are hand knitted with fringes like the lions hair and down inside those shoes are his real sneakers so he's able to walk .

The cage is his red wagon and we built a wood frame around it and painted it red , I made the banner and circus sign around it .

The peanut bucket with Christian's name is just a red bucket we had his name put on to also use as his candy pale for Halloween.

The pedestal or stool the lion is sitting on is made from a flower planter thats painted and the elephant used is a vintage elephant from a circus back from the 80's I am told .
