Fire Truck Man Costume

This is my two year old Leon. He specifically requested a fire truck man costume. I knew that I wanted to make a fire truck that had actual flashing lights and a siren. I got to work with a cardboard box and covered it in various colors of duct tape until I got the desired effect. For the lights I used some clip on flashing safety lights inside clear plastic cups, and dollar store tap lights for the front and back. I attached a wireless speaker and used my phone to play the sound. For the hose, I used some rope and covered it in yellow duct tape. I attached it to a paper towel roll and a wooden dowel to allow it to roll in and out as he “fought the fire”. He also was dressed as a fireman with a hat, jacket and fireman boots. He rocked his costume and walked the entire night to get his candy! He was so happy!!
