This homemade costume for boys entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kathy, the 'Fireman EJ' costume creator:
I always incorporate my son, EJ's wheelchair in his costume. My husband and I also coordinate our outfits to match his. I used PVC pipe to make the frame of the costume and then just covered with red material.
