This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vicki, the 'First Lady President of the United States' costume creator:
My grand daughter, McKinley. has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. Her costume is always a challenge to incorporate her chair. Her grandfather built the desk around her wheelchair. We ordered a decal of the Presidential seal, had a name plate made and finished by adding a red phone, flags and documents on her desk top.
