This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Fish in a Fish Tank' costume creator:
Our 11 year old daughter decided that she wanted to be a fish in a tank for Halloween. We gathered materials, paint, boxes, Gorilla tape, hot glue, fish tank accessories and got to work! We included a working light, too. The make up ideas all came from photos she or I saw online. It was a big hit at her 6th grade dance!
