This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karl, the 'Fisherman in a Boat' costume creator:
This my daughter Charleen. This is a cardboard boat wrapped in shelf paper, held up with suspenders. It took several days to construct. And dozens of fittings. The hardest part was getting it balanced so she could walk without "sinking the boat"!
