This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Skylar, the 'Flavor Flav' costume creator:
Everything is homemade in Otis's costume. The hat is two toilet paper rolls wrapped in tape an glues to an upside down bowl then spray painted. The clock is a cool whip lid.
