This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittany, the 'Flo from Progressive' costume creator:
I've had many people tell me that I look like Flo! So, with encouragement from others, I decided to dress like her for Halloween! The apron, buttons, wig with headband, and scanner were all easily found on Amazon. I found my pants, polo, and converse locally.
