This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Flo' costume creator:
My name is Jen my idea is from Flo from the Progressive commercials. Tease your hair and ad a bump-it and use a blue headband with bangs to one side. Use black liquid eyeliner past your eye about a quarter inch, fake eye lashes and bright red lipstick. For the clothing use a white apron , button saying ''I love insurance'' and name tag ''Flo''. White polo shirt , white pants and blue tennis shoes. Also a brown strapped watch.
