This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Craig, the 'Flo from Progressive' costume creator:
My daughter Sami just got a new haircut and I joked that she could be "Flo" for Halloween. She loved the idea. We bought a plain apron at Walmart. I freehanded the word Progressive across the front and found printable badges on the Progressive site to complete the look. Easiest and cheapest costume ever!
