This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kandi, the 'Flying Monkey from Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
This handmade costum was made from scrap cloth. It is sewn together with trim glued on. The wings are real vulture wings put on a wire frame. The hat is made from an oven cleaner top with material glued on.
