This homemade costume for couples entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicki, the 'Forrest Gump and Lt Dan' costume creator:
We are Kenny and NICKI Greene. We go to a party ever year and they say we come up with pretty good ideas. I didn't see this anywhere because I try to be very creative. The outfits are from Goodwill along with the chair.
