Fortnite Loot Llama Costume

This is my 3-year-old son, Declan. His big brother and sister were being Fortnite characters for Halloween, so we decided he would be the Loot Llama as well.
His body is made from a diaper box, covered in strips of felt. It was held up with clothing elastic attached to the front and back of the box and worn under his shirt. The shirt is also covered in strips of felt. The head was made from cardboard, then covered in more felt. The back legs are made from plumbing pipes with casters drilled into the bottoms so he could walk around with it on easily.
