This store bought costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Andy, the 'Frankie Stein' costume creator:
This is my 4 year old daughter Chloe Schueler in her Frankie from Monster High costume. The costume was purchased and wig was bought separate. Her face paint was green and white mixed together to get Frankie's light green appearance. Frankie's stitches were drawn on her face and neck.
