This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

My daughter Kayla wanted to be a monster high doll, she already had the dress for Frankie stein and stockings. all I had to get was a wig that was $10.00 and some make-up. Her dad did all the dressing and make-up on her.
