This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lisa, the 'Freddy Krueger' costume creator:
This is Dexter, one of our puppy mill rescue dogs...My mom made him the red and black sweater (he really likes red!) and I said he's dressed like Freddy Krueger and that's how the costume began!
